Megan Kidwell

Megan has been volunteering with Wycliffe Associates since 2013, when she worked on the Open Bible Stories project. Currently she is working as a Bible Translation Specialist, training new proofreaders for the door43 project. This project puts Bible text online, copyright free, and provides translation notes to assist translators in translating God's Word into their heart language.

In March, Megan will be going to Gabon, Africa where she will work with a team to help facilitate a MAST workshop. During this workshop, translators from one or more language groups will work together and with the facilitators to produce drafts of New Testament books in their heart language. These language groups currently have no Scripture in their heart language, but after this two week workshop they will leave with portions of God's Word in their own languages.

It is the deep desire of Megan's heart that all people would have access to the life-breathing Word of God in the language that they know best, in the language that speaks to their heart, mind, and soul. Will you support Megan as she strives to make this desire a reality?
