Brian and Priscilla Floyd
Brian and Priscilla Floyd are members of Wycliffe Associates with a long history of supporting Bible translation for the last 60 years. Priscilla’s involvement started in her kindergarten Sunday school class. Following college, she went to Colombia, South America as a Bible translator. In 1975, Priscilla and Brian were married and Brian was accepted as a Wycliffe missionary. In December 1976, they were unable to continue in Wycliffe.
Brian returned to aerospace engineering and worked on many high profile NASA programs. They raised 6 children and are the American family for another. They have 8 grandchildren plus 1.
They never gave up the vision for Bible translation and supported the completion of many New Testaments in various ways, including hosting a monthly prayer meeting. They were Wycliffe Representatives to churches and local WA banquet coordinators. They are now excited to be able to help with Bible translation again. They have joined Wycliffe Associates and currently are going with the MAST program in order to train teams of national translators drafting a New Testament.
They covet your prayers. Join with them in getting God’s Word to people groups who still need God’s Word in their own language.
